When quizzed by the Advertising Standards Authority, the website disingenuously pointed to the disclaimer: "We make absolutely no claims to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any disease."

The watchdog ruled that this was exactly what the "irresponsible" website had done and, in the absence of "adequate substantiation" for the claims, branded the site misleading.
