Institutional Real Estate Veteran Joins Parmenter Realty Partners

MIAMI--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Parmenter Realty Partners, a leader in real estate investment and management, today announced the appointment of Mr. Timothy Shine as a Managing Principal of the firm. Mr. Shine’s responsibilities will include identifying and working to close opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region, investor relations and capital raising.

Mr. Shine has more than 30 successful years of institutional real estate experience. Prior to joining Parmenter, Tim held the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of Commonfund Realty since 2000. Tim had overall responsibility for the operations and asset management of the firm’s portfolio as well as investor relations.

Prior to joining Commonfund, Tim's real estate experience included positions with CB Richard Ellis Investors, formerly Westmark Realty Advisors/TCW Realty Advisors, as well as with the New Boston Fund.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (June 2011) – Paula Clair Smith, CCIM, one of the Tampa Bay area’s top commercial real estate professionals, has joined Commercial Asset Partners (CAP) Realty in a move designed to grow CAP Realty’s business in mid- and south Pinellas County.
